Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR therapy is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain. Part of the therapy includes alternating eye movements, sounds, or taps.

For many clients, EMDR therapy can be completed in fewer sessions than other psychotherapies. To date, EMDR therapy has helped millions of people of all ages relieve many types of psychological stress.

I am certified in Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). For more information about EMDR click here.
